My nokia phone can't send or receive multimedia messages or go on to the internet?

I have a nokia phone on vodafone and i cant send or receive mms messages or use the internet anybody know how i can fix it?
 
Its probably nothing to do with the Nokia phone- it's to do with the settings sent to you by your service provider- the people who bill you.

They need to send you the settings by text, OR they can talk you through the settings over the phone.

Phone your service provider and they will resove. this is a common problem dont worry.
