my nokia n97 mini wont show caller ID, what do i do?

whenever i get a call it only comes up with call 1, no number is showed and no contact is showed.. even when i answer the fone it still doesnt show the caller number or name
ive had my friends try calling me with there number not on private and still it doesnt resolve the issues..

there are no duplicates of contacts either.
