my nokia n97 mini is unlocked and has been hard reset, but still displays

the vodafone logo upon turning it on? and on top of that, it has vodafone only features, despite it have being hard reset, and as a last thing, i dont know what the lock code is, the manual says 12345, but alas it isnt, i bought it from some one, and i am on orange, help with any of these issues will be greatly apriciated
