My Nokia E72 keep making calls to emergency number 112 accidently?

My Nokia E72 keep making calls to emergency number 112 accidently. Each time I find the number called and a duration of the call is arround 40 - 50 minutes. I am likely to get a fine for abusing the emergency service !!

Is there any setting that allow the device to call 112 even if the keypad is locked??
