My nokia 6790 says its unable to install component is built in. ?

im trying to get adobe flash lite for my nokia 6790 and once i downloaded and tryed to install it,i tried installing it to the phone and then to the micro sd card and it said that both of them were unable to install component is built in. Can somebody plzz tell me how to bypass or get rid of this.
