My Nokia 6020 is not connecting to internet...?

i have CA-42 cable & software it Synchronizes wid pc, i have modem settings instslled, all settings are right, bt after servicing it in local its not connecting as a modem now....Form where to download software for this (not pc suite) software which nokia use for resetting handset.give me download site or link..............i dont wanna spend money for this
