I have had the phone for around a year, well, i smashed the screen in a car door and had to replace the phone, and recently got a new laptop. I have re installed all the software that came with the phone and signed into my account (Unlimited music) and downloaded some music fine but when I tried to transfer the music to my phone it said my phone wasnt registered.
