My nokia 5800 wont receive picture messages?

Every time I get a picture message, it says to go to a website to view it, and when i go there and log it, it says login failed! my sister said it works on hers, but she wont let me see her settings :( and im on t-mobile in the uk, if that helps
pleaseeee help me! :)
 
go to t-mobile and tell them, and they'll fix it.... unless they say charge it, then just like get a new phone? i dunno :L goooooooooooooood luck (:
