My new (Sprint)phone's Internet connection isnt working?

I just got my new phone today, but whenever i try to access the internet i get this message: "Error #67, Registration failure. your PCS Vision username and/or password may be incorrect. please try again" Tryed a million times but no result... what do i do!? lol... if this info is needed, the phone is a Samsung Rant
