my new samsung virgin v+ stopped working?

Try this

Pull power cable out the back

On the front is a big black button with four silver menu buttons around it, the silver buttons are up, down, left, right

While holding left up right buttons together insert power cable ( keep holding buttons ) until LD:14 appears on display then let go buttons

Within 10 seconds the display should start counting up numbers, leave 5 mins till the download is complete

If this doesn't resolve the problem phone virgin for a free replacement
 
have just got up put tv on only to find a blank screen with just a box saying no services my virgin v+ box is the new samsung 1 which i got just last week free with a upgrade and self install everything was working fine last night when i went to bed have tried resetting the box and still nothing now to make matters worst the box wont switch on at all just says STOP on the box screen with no lights showing has any1 else had this problem if so let me know what to do
