[I have Cricket [sadly], by the way]
For Thanksgiving, I went to visit family. When I arried, I noticed I was roaming, but still had service. I wasn't worried. I could send texts fine. I wasn't getting any responses back, but I assumed that was because of the bad reception/people being busy with holidays. Upon talking to a few friends online later that night, I realized that they had replied to the messages, I just didn't receive them. Again, I wasn't too concerned, and blamed it on the poor reception.
When we left the next day and I finally got actual service back, I was expecting to be flooded with all the texts I had not received [as this is what happened in the past]. I didn't get any messages. I turned my phone off and on multiple times, updated the phone with *228, took the battery out, everything. I continued to not receive messages.
A few days later, I have called Cricket customer service twice to no avail and did a complete factory reset to my phone, and nothing has changed.
Any advice? It would be greatly appreciated!
