my new pit bike stuffed allready?

i have had this pit bike for about 2 weeks now yer its still in its warranty but wondering if it can be easily fixxed my me instead i hace a 150cc tdr pro pit bike and just the other day when i went to kick the kick start down it mad a loud crunching sort of sound as is it was locking up sometimes it would not evan move and my back whell would be locked up and my gears wouldent budge??????
 
sounds like you have a lemon my friend. unless its in gear...in that case it would jump forward when you kick it... I cant really understand what the second part of your paragraph says...but I would recommend you take it to the dealer you got it from since its in warranty...i mean there is no point in trying to fix it yourself.
