my new 47cc Yamaha pocket bike won't keep running when the choke is closed?

I bought a new Yamaha 47cc pocket bike from a company called Too Fast Motors and it started working but when i hit the throttle it dies sometimes i tried it with the clutch open and it rapidly accelerates to WOT so when i pull start it it just goes on for a couple of minutes the oil mix i used 91 octane and 2 stroke castrol which was recommended and i will do absolutely anything to get this thing up and running any answers will be very much apreciated
