neohew's bike uninsured-claims? sir/madam.please give your suggestion-my nephew's bike struck with anoher bike head on collision was in 2006. my neohew's bike uninsured. we both were serious admitted to separate hospitals. after sixteen days the other rider who strcked with my nephew's bike died.and my nephew also admitted in several hospital, first one in fathabad HARYANA(Abrol Hospital) 2ND.FORTIS HOSPITAL MOHALI NR-CHANDIGARH,IN ALL THESE HOSPITALS DOCTORS agree to cut the foot of my nephew, but me always against of their suggestion,at last we carried him to SIR GANGA RAM HOSPITAL,but after long treatment we could not satisfied from their treatment. dr. mangal plastic surgen ,he completed plastic surgery of the foot but there is not any doctor ready to bones settlement in the foot.so at last we admitted him in APPOLO HOSPITAL NEW DELHI.AND TAKE TREATMENT FORM DOCTOR CHANDER SEIKHAR.he advised us after oprete the foot of my nephew for wear germen shoe. then another company's shoe.please suggest us which type of case we appeal in high court if judge claims on us more My nephew's mom n dad expires since 1998 n 1999 plz. help my nephew.thanking u in anticipation
