My neighbours have complained about my cat.?

They have found a couple of birds in their garden,, and have approached my husband today telling him we need to do something with the cat????? How do they know its my cat theirs a few cats live near by.....I have spoken to my cat but he doe sn,t say much....Please help..
 
im going threw this at the moment !my neighbours cat bringing n leaving all sorts in my garden its revolting i dont own a cat and wouldn wish toand dont appreciate the surprises being left keep your cat in or watch it , your cat is you r responsibility but first if i was you collect evidence try to prove its not your cat a stake out is needed ,

try fixing a bell or two on your cat to stop it catching prey


seems to me your neighbours don't like cats much
 
Cats are deemed indepenant - unlike dogs, so unless you are prepared to keep your cat in full time, there's not a lot they can do about it.
