their walking.? They are father and daughter. I've told them twice already about their shoes - once to the father and the other time to the daughter. The daughter wears slippers but it makes tapping noises everytime she walks around in the morning. The father is better after I told him. (I can tell who is who by their walking). I'm going crazy due to lack of sleep, as I have to get up around 7 to go to work. I can't get back to sleep once I'm awake. Is it ok to tell them a third time? I really can't put up with it any longer and it's not fair for me to suffer this way.
My neighbors upstairs wake me up every morning at around 5.30 or 6 am because of
