My neighbor wants me ..my husnabd is in the military and we've been separated

for 2 yrs now. I dont want to? move.! We love and own our house...but every time I go out I feel like I need to cover myself from head to toe because I dont want my neighbor making any moves on me. And..I dont want to move. If I tell my husband about every incident with our neighbor he would surely have us move. UHHH what do I do!
