He(a person) & His friends barks all night. I can barely sleep. They're in some gang and their thing is to 'bark' apparently. Also I have tried calling the cops and the guy just said pulled the race card and denied it all and was like "Oh, so you're calling a black guy a dog" and 10 minutes after he started doing it just to spite me. And then next morning my car windshield was smashed with their gang symbol sprayed on my car. What can I do?
My neighbor(not dog) keeps barking at all hours at night, Can I do anything?
