to cut it down? My neighbors tree hangs over my kitchen roof and the tree is dead. Her son owns a lawn and tree servicing business and says its dead. I am worried that the tree is going to fall down and onto my house. Can I in some way force her to have the tree cut down, she wouldn't have to pay for it I'm sure her son would do it for free.
