my name is not incluided in my husband's new business. should I ask him to do so?

We have been married for 3 years and we have one child together. My husband owns two properties. one we live in it and one he rented. My name is not on any one of them. I contributed some money to our checking account which covers mostly the daycare and food. Now he opened his practice and my name is not in it. I haven't said any thing to him. I don't know if I ask him to put my name on the new business or not since he used the money he saved before our marrage to open the business. Please help
