My N73 ME's camera application is really buggy after I updated firmware!

Does anyone else experience this?

I'm using 3.075.1.0.31 and experienced a lot of problems with the camera. Whenever I click a button to scroll down, the camera application will keep switching to standby and come back to camera. This is really annoying as it takes 1-3 seconds to switch orientation. Sometimes, it keeps switching back and forth. I have no idea what is wrong with the damn application and it really annoyed me.

Any solutions? Should I downgrade to the original firmware? Can I??

Nokia shouldn't be releasing buggy firmwares... -_-"
 
Have you changed the housing on your N73?

Sounds like an issue that lots of people have had. basically the screws are not tight enough. and when you press the camera button (actually it's when you apply pressure with your thumb on the side of the phone by the menu/left soft key) then the phone thinks that the slider is no longer open.

which means it switches to the menu and then when you release the button the phone thinks the camera cover is open again and switches back.
 
I think it's the screws too. I havn't changed the housing but I have been cleaning the back cover. I opened it and tried to make sure things are firm and it's ok now. -.-" Thanks for the advice!
 
Mine did the same when ever I open the camera lense cover the phone would go to settings, I found out by accident that it was my memory card that was the problem.
