So my n64 was stolen before I ever got to hook it up. Then I just recently acquired a new one and I thought the av cable was broken because I could only get sound, now I can't get anything with a brand new av cable. Any thoughts? I have it hooked up to the red yellow white Video 2 (game) connection on the side.
Any help on being able to get my n64 to work would be great, I'm jonesing to play some mario kart.

I thought it was the cables too, just bought a new set of AV cables from gamestop. Still doesn't work. I hooked it up to my buddies tv just now and all we got was sound, maybe it's a bad system?
