My mum was in a hospital car park, and she was loading up the boot, and somebody drove into her leg and crushed it between theirs and her car. at the time she was so shocked she didnt take numberplates or names. she manged to drive home, but when she got home, her knee was massive, and was blue, and looked horrible. she can barely walk, and doesnt know whether to pursue a compensation claim. how would we go about this process, and who's insurance would it effect?
