My MSN Messenger account i just downloaded 7.0 for mac and it wont let me video chat?

I downloaded MSN Messenger, i want to video chat with a friend that lives in Canada and I try to use it with my mac which is the only computer i have at the moment and it says i can only video chat if i have a corporate account or something?! Help please!

BTW I AM USING A PERSONAL ACCOUNT
