This happened on Oct 28 Bending over cleaning out a room have had back problems before, I am 57 years old and want to know if a Dexpak Jr. 10 day 1.5 mg. would help to reduce the inflamation and help heal it also would an inversion table be of any benefit or would it hurt it further? Thankyou
