my mp3 won't show up on windows media player?

my RCA mp3 won't show up on windows media player, but it charges and it says usb connected on it.

all my other mp3 shows up on my computer except this one! help!
 
you have a RCA mp3 also? cool, yea, happened to me, i threw mines away cuz it charges but wont show it, RCA pearl mp3 for me sucks, so i brougth an ipod
