lately, my mp3 just randomly turns off by itself. and it wont let me turn it on again until like 5 minutes. once, it lasted like half and hour!
its not the battery cuz everytime i connect it to my computer to be charged, it doesnt work. the computer acts as if nothing is plugged in.
this problem hasn't happened to any of my previous mp3 and i'm not an electronics expert so i dont know what to do.
should i return it or just leave it alone and eventually, it'll stop?
