My Motorola ZN200 is now not connecting internet on phone as well as on pc though

settings are right? I was using my phone as modem, i had a problem wid disply so i serviced it in local, bt not it is nt conecting to net on phone & as modem also its not synchronizing with pc. do i need Software udate (master reset n clear are tried bt still problem continues) from Where to download this software?(its nt dat software which cum wid phone(motorola phone tools) bt its d one which motorola use when we go for servicing) coz i dont want to spend money on this handset.......pls help me
