My Motorola RIZR Z3 is not getting service any where what do i do?

Okay I am not sure if this is happening to any one else but I have the Motorola RIZR Z3 and no matter where I am even if I try reseting it I have no service. I'm not sure if I broke anything or something. But please some one answer please and thankyou
