Apparently it's common. The thing is.... there is water damage from spilling makeup remover on it a few months ago. I know for a fact that they would give me a new phone if it was under warranty. Is there any way around the fact that the warranty is probably void? I really need a new phone and my upgrade isn't for a few months.
