My Verizon Motorola Rival's screen is completely black. This is my second Rival; the first one broke. At first the screen was only kind of dark, then it got darker, then completely black. The buttons still light up and the sound works, but the screen doesn't. I tried taking my battery out for a few minutes but that didn't help at all. I tried hitting it on my knee and that didn't help. Can someone please post a fix for this, because my step dad would freak out if he found out this phone is broken too. I've never gotten it wet or damaged it in any way.
