My Motorola Q9M's screen turns white wen i try to turn it on?

The verizon wireless power-up screen comes on, but then it turns white. I haven't done anything to harm it (e.g. dropping, falling asleep on it, getting it wet, etc.) but it won't turn on completely. The screen works, because the power up screen comes on, but then it turns white. Please help
