My motorola crush phone isnt working right when i send pictures to the computer!!!?

so i just got this phone like last month so i felt like making another profile picture for Facebook really nice! So i send the picture to my photobucket and the picture comes up gray and only shows like 1/16th of me and the rest is gray! Someone help me because i did the same with yahoo and yahoo showed half the picture
