This is difficult because it has difficulty starting the screen up when I have touch screen numbers to put in (i.e. voicemail and other automated things).....so how can I shut this option off, I can't seem to find it in any of the menus...HELP!
this is the proximity sensor I believe. alot of touchscreen phones have them so that when you do put the phone up to your face it will shut the screen off so that you wont press any buttons.
There is no way to shut this off.
Maybe update 2.1 will fix this and make it work better which is said to be released around September.
