...any tips on how I can beat? them both out? I am looking to lose about 20pounds or so. Had a baby about 7months ago. I have hypothyroidism and alos high blood pressure.. Ok I know I know alot of crap going on. I dont need any negative comments on that one. I jsut need to have some good tips or anyone that has done this. We are shooting for 6wks. I know I cant lose 20 pounds in that amount of time. What can I do to try to get to that point at least 10 to 15 pounds?? Thank you to all..I am a size 16 and want to be a size 8 at least!!!
