My moped wont start. Its a 2005 Honda metropolitan.?

I take it to the local Honda warehouse and they say it will cost more than its worth to repair it. They did it the first 2 times under warranty but they wont anymore. It just wont move. It turns on, I can honk the horn and work the turn signals. The ONLY problem is the gas or something. I never used old gas so I have no clue. What might be wrong with it?
 
Are you saying that the fault now is a repetition of the original fault which was fixed under warranty two times before and has recurred?
If this is so I would have thought that (you are in the USA I assume) you have a lemon law, similar to the Sale of Goods Act in the UK. Check your local trading regulations and find out what your rights are, also Google the fault and see what others have done in your situation.
