i have od mood swings. it generally goes in the same pattern.
wake up tired,
happy in the morning,
i will get aggravated,
i will be angry'
give people the silent treatment,
get sade and depressed,
then i jump between happy and sad all night.
i don't think this is what a normal teen anger acts like. is is normal? why do i act like this?
