freezing yes..
first try taking the battery off and leaving off for 10 min and put it back on.
Then either it has to much memory.. phones work similar to computers if you have to much programs running they will slow down.. check the amount of internal memory used.. if to much is used delete some pics, vids, mps, or wma (songs, music, etc..)
Then make sure to email all the pics and phones to yourself.. you will lose them... Write down your contacts or back them up. You will reset the phone. under security you will type in your code either the last four digits of phone number or the one you changed it to. Then select the rest option.
At this point your phone should be working. If not take it to your verizon store. All phones come with a 1 yr manufactures warranty and if you have ins they should give you one.
