My moms a jail guard, can my weed be found without a warrant and would she be fired?

My moms a jail guard and i smoke weed. I have it in the house. She says they can search without cause at anytime and she would be fired. Is this true or a lie. Links as proof would be greatly appreciated also. I live in ontario if that helps.
