My mom wants to take my car, can she?

My mom is kicking me out and she wants to take my car. I have paid her for it and its in both of our names. If i just left with it could i get in trouble with the police with it? i live in utah i dont know what the laws are or anything.. help!

If her name is on the insurance you cant do anything
