My mom packs Gogurt for me every morning and I'm sick of it?

I'm in college and I'm a commuter so I still live at home with my folks. My mom, everyday for lunch, packs me with Gogurt and I'm SICK OF ITTTT! But, she bought this huge box and keeps buying them and if I don't eat my Gogurt, she gets mad at me and says I'm "wasting food." Also, I can't lie to her and throw it out because I don't like to waste food either, also, I'm a terrible liar. I had intercourse with my Aunt Kathy last February and my mom totally knew I was lying when she asked if anything weird was going on between Aunt Kathy and I. I told her "of course not!" but she could tell. I haven't seen Aunt Kathy since which is a shame cuz that b*tch is HOT! Anyway, I got so mad at my mom yesterday b/c of the Gogurt so I peed in her purse. Now I'm grounded. What should I do?
