my mom is very weird?

[this is my nickname]

She is too happy most of the time (and when she's not she's VERY angry; which isn't often but when it does happen). She dresses like she can't afford better clothes (even to work...she throws on baggy jeans and a t-shirt with cooking stains), she's too talkative at events such as school plagues, etc. Also, she's very persistent. Does anybody know if there is any disorder or something associated with these symptoms? Also, how can I try to 'fix' her? Thanks


P.S. she's also sort of stuck in the 70s
