My mom is on probation do you think she will go to jail?

She was caught with at first what appeared to be $90 worth of cocaine then the test showed that half the cocaine was fake. But she was also drunk when pulled over. So they make her drug test once a week and do a drinking test once a week on the same time. So she had the test last night. So after the test she decided to drink a 5th of vodka. It is 7:21 AM she still has not been to bed all night and she has a mating with her probation today. Will they send her to jail for drinking? Please answers I am so scard for her I am at school right now
The court told her not to drink!
she was drinking when I left her meating is at 10
 
I can't answer for what will happen to your mom, but as a probation officer, I can tell you what I would do.

I would have her do a drug and alcohol test. I would remind her of her condition of probation that prohibit her from using alcohol. I would direct her to get into a counselling programme.

If she blows off the programme or I catch her again, I would file to revoke her probation and recommend that she be re-sentenced. I would probably recommend that she be reinstated on probation, but be ordered to serve 60 days in jail.
 
if she doesnt break the law again for what she was in trouble for i think she should be staying with you
