my mom is a single parent working 3 jobs. what kind of financial support can she get?

my mom is 48. she has 2 kids. and gets child support. but we have nothing as it is. and shes working 3 jobs to make ends meet. but we get alittle food stamps. are there any ideas that can help her get financial support or a better paying job?
