My mom gave me and my sister the sex talk?

okay so i went driving with my dad and my sister and before we got home my dad was trying to start the sex talk, me and my sister were just like no, that's mom's job, not saying i wanted it from her ether, but still lol. so we got home and everything was normal but then today my mom picked me and my sister up from cheerleading practice, she started it again and she was like "having boyfriends open the window to sex" and all that, and he she was like so i dont want you girls to be having sex for a long time, and she kept on saying that and just dead staring at me, it was weird. do you think she knows that im sexually active? it was soo awkward. so how was it when you got "the talk"? and do you think that she thinks im sexually active? btw im 16 almost 17 and my sister is 14. and were the only girls in the family. we have 4 brothers.
