My mom think I should just "let it go" but we're talking about her life that cannot be paid. She bump a car in the small street, and break the car's bumper but the air baloon didn't blow up which her bones in her chest got crack base on her doctor's X-Ray and she almost die there. The doctor said she have to wait about 3 months to recover in able to work, my mom is already 56 years old and she had to work 2 works. What do you think we should have to do? Should we file a case regarding to Dodge Company? because the air baloon didn't work and my mom almost die?
