With my husband having a full time job and with me just finding a part time job we were in need of a babysitter. My brother-in-law is wonderful with my son so we asked him to watch my son while we were working, with pay of course. When my mom found out that we were going to allow him to watch him she threw a fit! I explained to her that he is wonderful with him but she still didn't like the idea. After a couple of days of her trying to come up with every excuse I finally told her that he is my son and we will have anyone we choose watch him. I also explained that we are grown people and we can make decisions on our own without her help. She is driving me insane! She won't let this issue rest, plus I don't understand why she is mad she works full time as well. She won't understand that my son has other family members and its not just about her anymore. What can I do to make her stop?
