my molly fish has open sore?

so we had a run in with ick and we treated very well with ick clear then we noticed during this that one molly had like an open sore type thing on it's cheek (if fish had cheeks). We separated it into a breeder net so the others wouldn't peck at it. Today, he died after a week of being in the net. The spot was still there. Now I look at my fish hand another molly has the same spot starting. I don't know what this is or how to get rid of it but I'm afraid it's going to kill my fish. The new one that has the spot has just now starting to stay towards the bottom. Someone please help.
I forgot to say that I am all done treating with ick. We were done about a week to a week and a half ago. Nothing else wrong with fish at the moment.
