My messges aren't being received? (Vodafone/Orange)?

I was texting my boyfriend as usual, when all of a sudden he stopped receiving the texts I've been sending. I'm on Vodafone and he's on Orange. I send them, but no delivery report arrives so I assume its something to do with his end. I can call fine, and I've tested texting others and it all works fine. He says he has full signal, also. Is it just a network issue?
 
This happened to me and it turned out my friend had pressed the wrong button on picking up my call and accidentally blocked me. The bloke at O2 (also a division of Orange) was very helpful and showed him how to unblock it. I would get your boyfriend to go to the Orange shop as i suspect the same thing has happened.
