Well, I just found out that I wasted $450 on a job that should have only cost around $150, and that's after they offered to take a bunch of stuff off. They hardly did anything for that amount of money and put in ridiculously expensive parts. I don't know much about cars and I was completely taken advantage of. Now the plan is to go back there and raise hell to get them to lower the charge. If not I may have to call my credit card and have them stop the payment. Everyone in my family is pretty pissed I let that money go so easily. Has anyone else had an experience like this? What do you think the chances are they will agree to take off the extra charges( I signed all the papers and everything.....)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I really don't know how to go about this.
